KPMG member firms shall adhere to the principles and requirements of theKPMG Online Privacy Policy whenever personal information is collected or processed through web sites operated by or on behalf of KPMG.
KPMG member firms shall not disclose confidential information, except to those who need to know such information. Any such disclosure shall be in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the policies and procedures determined by the Risk Management Partner to protect confidential information and to control its disclosure. KPMG member firms shall take steps to maintain confidentiality at all times to avoid inadvertent disclosure.
